Lyrics:
What can I do How can I live To show my world The treasure of Jesus
What will it take What could I give So they can know The treasure He is
And if I can sing Let my song Be full of His glory If I can speak Let my words be full of His grace And if I should live or die Let me be found Pursuing this prize The One that alone satisfies The treasure of Jesus
And if I can sing Let my songs Be full of His glory If I can speak Let all my words be full of His grace And if I should live or die Let me be found Pursuing this prize The One that along satisfies The treasure of Jesus

Behind the Song: "This song was inspired by reading the book by John Piper “Don’t Waste Your Life,” a song that is the end thought, the exclamation point at the end of this record. It’s always the way I write albums. I always want to have an opening song that says, “This is where I want to take you on the journey,” and then a closing song that says, “Let’s ponder together everything we have heard.” It really isn’t only a closing prayer for the album but the closing prayer of my life. This is the prayer I want to be true of my whole life. It is the desire of my heart with this whole recording, and with all that I do with the music, that I do ultimately to the glory of God. To show to the world, let the world around me know, what a treasure I found in my relationship with Jesus Christ." - Steven Curtis Chapman
