NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 15, 2016) - Natasha Owens - fresh off tours with Jason Crabb, Point of Grace, Ryan Stevenson along with 7eventh Time Down - is set to headline a benefit concert for the Shining Light Recovery Home in McDonough, GA. The event, titled WE DO RECOVER, will feature the concert by Owens along with a Low Country Boil Cookoff along with amazing stories of recovery, farm activities, and fun for the entire family. Proceeds from the evening will assist the ministry with expanding their services to more women who need assistance. The event takes place at 6:30 PM on September 9, 2016, at Southern Belle Farm in McDonough, GA and occurs during National Celebrate Recovery Month.

Shining Light Ministries seeks to open a pathway of recovery and freedom for women whose lives have been ruined by addictions and low self-worth, teaching them to know the love and power of Jesus Christ.

Natasha Owens knows what it feels like to reach rock-bottom and the pain that life can bring, and she also knows the hope that Jesus Christ brings in the midst of despair. Night after night, the popular Christian music vocalist shares hope and encouragement with her audiences - sharing her own life stories and testimonies. "I am honored to share in this evening to benefit Shining Light Recovery Home," comments Natasha. "I know first hand the power of Christ and what He can do in a life. Through the ministry of this amazing ministry, founded by Teresa Bestwick, so many lives have been saved through the power of the Gospel!
