September 8, 2016

L0s Angeles, CA (September, 2016) -- After a strong debut with his album, Shadowlands, electronic pop artist Matthew Parker is proud to announce the upcoming release of his new album "Adventure", which comes out on October 21st. Matthew started getting recognition when he began remixing artists like Capital Kings, Jonathan Thulin, Lecrae, Andy Mineo before releasing original material. His new album and single titled "Adventure" is certainly not a one dimensional piece of art. It mixes EDM, Pop and Hip Hop and his new fresh sound is getting quite the buzz after he recently released a preview of his new single to his fans on his Soundcloud account.

Parker has been active on his social media, sharing album updates, teasers of his new album, and was also the first to release the cover of his new album. After hearing teaser clips to his new album, many responded with anticipation. Adventure will be released on October 21st with his pre-order (and his single, "Adventure" being made available on October 7th) on iTunes. Matthew Parker's tracks can be heard on ESPN, Dude Perfect and at various sports games. recently called him one of the faces of this growing genre and we couldn't agree more. You can follow Matthew Parker on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

Matthew Parker grew up in mitten-shaped Michigan, USA. He wasn't especially interested in music as a kid, and it wasn't until he was about 12 years old that he began to discover how much he loved making music. He and his brothers took to "jamming" in their tiny upstairs attic on junky electric guitars and a trashy yellow drumset. He could soon play guitar, bass, drums, and piano, and of course he could also sing with his little 12-year-old choirboy voice. His interest quickly shifted from simply playing instruments to recording his own original songs in his makeshift home studio. All was well until he fiddled around with some synthesizers on a program called Garageband, and his world was forever changed. Electronic sounds intrigued him and would become a huge part of his unique sound. His notoriety as a Christian EDM producer and artist came when, over the course of a few years, he grew a loyal fanbase online and performed well in a few remix contests. In early 2014, Matthew signed with Drom Records and began planning his biggest and best album yet. Shadowlands is the first album he released with Drom, and there are more on the way. Matthew wants to give all glory to God for what He has done and will do. Now signed to DREAM Records and with a new album Adventure coming out in October, the future looks bright.

DREAM was founded in 2008 to provide artists with a genuine approach to how real artist development should be done. By allowing for a partnership as a business model, Dream's artists empower themselves to develop and carry out a real vision for their lives as they affect other people's lives with their music and message. Incorporating social media, press, radio and touring it's allowing it's artists grow together as a family.
