After four years, indie piano rock band Seabird are back with their third full-length album, Troubled Days, and their first full-length project as an independent artist. Today, the band sent out the following letter to fans about the project:
"It's been a long time coming. One could say a year; it's been a year since we funded/ recorded this record- Some would say it's been four, which is when we released our last full-length album. But for us, this moment feels like a lifetime. And we're so proud to share it with you.
This record is, in a sense, the most honest record we've ever made; from the writing process, to the studio environment, and everything else in between. We've let ourselves be vulnerable in an attempt to connect closer with you- our friends- who made it possible for us to even do this (40K worth on Kickstarter to be exact, helloooooooooo!). To say we're humbled and honored and blessed to have fans like you, is a total understatement.
So without further adieu and getting completely overly sappy, We're honored to present to you, our first independent record: Troubled Days!
Get it on iTunes, Amazon AND we have just a few pre-order deals that include a signed posted left at our merch store!
Keep your eyes out for tour dates coming soon. Can't wait to see you all!
