We got music to sooth your soul
We're gonna get down with a little bit of rock and roll
We've got rhythm to move your feet
We're gonna make you get up off your seat
When I lift You up they come running
When I sing Your song the world's turning to You
Just the sound of Your name is a beautiful thing
I love You, I love You, I love You
Your name is, beautiful
It drips off of my lips like drops of gold
It makes me, want to dance
You're my treasure, my deliverance

Behind the Song:'A pastor friend named Louie Webber told me that one of the most effective ways to reach people in any kind of evangelism is by using worship. The idea is that when we lift up Jesus, the world is so astounded by His beauty that they can’t help but fall in love with Him. They want to reach out and experience Jesus when they really experience true worship. The chorus says “when I lift you up, the world comes running.” It’s about what happens when we lift up Jesus.' - Mark Stuart (

“We were jamming at a rehearsal, getting ready for a show at the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville, and came up with a beat, rhythm and guitar parts. Then Mark came in and liked it and he started thinking of things. The great thing about this song is when we play it live on stage every night we always call up about five or six people on stage to just kind of go crazy with that song. That’s really fun for us because we never know what to expect. Sometimes there’s a really timid 15-year-old girl that is shy and doesn’t want to go up and sing, and then she gets up there and belts it perfectly like Kelly Clarkson. Every once in a while there’s a kid that will take the mic from Mark and run around like he’s Mick Jagger. So that’s a fun song that’s taken off as a little highlight from an Audio Adrenaline show.” - Will McGinniss (
