NASHVILLE TENNESSEE (FEBRUARY 5, 2010)— pureNRG, one of the most popular tween groups in
the Christian music industry, has announced their plans to bring the group’s musical career to a close at the end of 2010. As a farewell
and thanks to their fans, the pop trio will be releasing a Best Of CD/DVD collection on July 20 exclusively through Family Christian
Stores along with one final tour before the end of the year.
“This has been a really difficult decision,” says pureNRG, “because we know that God called us into pureNRG, but now we feel He’s
calling us on to other things… All three of us plan to continue pursuing music and keeping active in our mission work, but for right now
we want to live our lives like other kids our age and have the time for school, sports and hangin’ with friends.”
In an effort to make their final year their best yet, pureNRG is engaging their active fan base in every aspect of their final recording.
Starting Friday, February 5 www.pureNRGonline.com, will host polls asking fans to help select songs, pictures, cover art, and more. The
first poll, up now, will determine a brand new recording featured on the final pureNRG project. Fans can pick their favorite
chart-topping tune from high profile artists including “Dive” (Steven Curtis Chapman), “In The Light” (dc Talk),
“Put A Little Love In Your Heart” (Jackie Dashannon) and “Big House” (Audio Adrenaline). Listeners can visit

final farewell tour will launch early summer and tour dates will be announced in the coming weeks on the group’s website.
