It's no secret that Hawk Nelson has never been the same since the departure of their vocalist and co-founder, Jason Dunn. Dunn seemingly took with his exit from Hawk the signature pop punk sound that launched them to stardom ten years ago (and even in an on-screen role in the big screen family film, Yours, Mine & Ours in 2005). Since leaving, Dunn has been touring as a solo artist, first under the name Lights Go Down, then his own name (and released a new album this fall, bravely titled The Grand Adventures of Hank Neilsen) and has now formed a new band to use the name Lights Go Down once again. And with this new band, Dunn & Co. have launched an IndieGoGo campaign to fund their first EP, We Kept It Alive.
