Though they're not a new band, Nothing Is Broken For Good is Idle Threat's first opportunity to take their sound and message to a new level, thanks to Tooth & Nail Records. The band is a great addition, fitting in perfectly with label mates like Civilian and Tigerwine. The moody post-hardcore is the perfect backdrop for the weighty topics the band covers, including, but not limited to, the brokenness of our world and feeling like nothing is getting better. The band is also not shy about getting heavy musically, with the energetic lead single "Cement" being a perfect example. The meatier riffs and powerful screaming are a real treat, and I'd honestly love to hear them explore that sound a little further in future releases.
