L.A. Symphony is back with The End Is Now, their first national release, and their release for Gotee Records. These guys are no strangers to the music industry, scoring attention from secular outlets as well as a song in the Xbox game "Project Gotham Racing." Don't expect much in the way of originality on L.A. Symphony's latest release, however. Serious hip-hop heads will love The End Is Now, but those seeking something original in their rap music may be disappointed.

But upon repeated listens, L.A. Symphony's latest outing is very enjoyable. No, it's not the freshest rap disc around, but the beats and hooks are memorable enough to keep this one in your CD tray for a long while.

There are a satisfying sixteen tracks on The End Is Now, all of which are full-length songs. Once you give this music a bit of time, it grows on you and almost becomes addicting. Each member of the band gets some rap time of his own, making for a diverse and varied rap experience that never gets old or stale.

L.A. Symphony's The End Is Now may be a disappointment to some as it never really offers anything especially new, but others will find it to be a wholly enjoyable experience. Symphony fans will be delighted with the next installment in the history of some of the all-time greats in Christian rap.
