For the Christian metal fan, P.O.D.'s Snuff The Punk offers bold, Bride-like lyrics - direct, Christ-in-your-face lyrics, without wondering where they stand. The heaviness of the music is not compromised. "Draw the Line," "Every Knee," "3 in the Power of One," and "Outro (Abortion is Murder)" are crisp, loud, spirit-filled songs that won't leave you hungry. The only downside to this offering is they must repeat the band name way, way too often! However, don't let this diminish this superb CD. Compared to Satellite, this record is more consistant start to finish. I found the latter album dragged at times, and its message of Christ is so watered down to the point of being questionable. So, buy Snuff the Punk, (especially the 2000/2001 reissue with the cool artwork) and you won't be disappointed.
