Insanity (single) cover
01. Insanity
Album: Insanity (single)
Artist: Rachel Moore

When darkness overtook me
I was still only elementary
Praying that Jesus would take me
I spent most of my nights
With my head in my pillow
All my thoughts so shallow

Lift me up Lord
Find my ground
Give me a new song
Make me sound

The dark cloud followed me
To lost to see this depravity
I lived life automatically
Said my hello’s and goodbye’s
All with a smile on the outside
But dying on the inside

Lift me up Lord
Find my ground
Give me a new song
Make me sound

Heal me from the insanity
Insanity
Please take it from me
Stretch out your hand
Your mighty hand
And take it from me

Sought all the self-help books
Heard all those profound
Only to end up in lost and found
I had it all an incredible family
Nothing at all to depressing
But my mind would not quit stressing me

Lift me up Lord
Find my ground
Give me a new song
Make me sound

The feelings that I thought would never cease
He has finally taken from me
To be used for His glory
All about His glory
