Truth cover
10. Truth
Album: Truth
Artist: Michael Sweet

(Verse 1)

They burn your ears with what they say
And they pretend to care with their display
The lies they feed you soothe your mind
Deceiving you from what you'll find

CHORUS

Open your eyes can't you see it
Separates the soul, body and spirit
Forgives, forgets and sets you free
It's calling you to eternity, it's Truth

(Verse 2)

They say we judge as they judge in song
And they don't claim to know, but know we're wrong
The lies they whisper find their mark
And slowly pierce right through your heart

CHORUS

Open your eyes can't you see it
Separates the soul, body and spirit
Forgives, forgets and sets you free
It's calling you to eternity, it's Truth

SOLO

REPEAT CHORUS
