Lights Come Down EP cover
02. Direction
Album: Lights Come Down EP
Artist: High Flight Society

Verse 1:
I was young, I was young, I was dreaming
I was strong, I was strong, I was reaching
Gave it all, Laid it down, Just to follow you
Feel alone, alone, and now I wonder
So afraid, afraid, of going under
Now I need to know You're gonna see me through
You'll bring me through

Chorus:
Tell me who I need to be
Tell me where I need to go
Like a vessel lost at sea
I've been drifting for so long
I am desperate now to hear you
I'm desperate for your voice
I'm desperate for direction

Verse 2:
Don't know how, don't know how, I got lost here
I just want to believe I'm going somewhere
Won't you please, won't you please
Shine a light for me
A light for me

Bridge:
Through the dark of the night can you see me
Tell me again that you'll never leave me
No matter how long it takes, I'll wait for you
I'll wait for you
