Voices cover
02. My Defiance (feat. Josh Kincheloe)
Album: Voices
Artist: Death Therapy

This is my defiance
I'll stand face to face with the giants
And I won't blink
My defiance
I'll stand face to face with the giants
And show the world that they still bleed

I'm digging a grave
For the lie I've been fed
I'll put it deep in the ground
To ensure that it's dead
Just like parasites
Can reject their host
Yours is a fading light
I will escape your ghost

You hang yourself with your own hate

I'm digging a grave
For all the fear that was sewn
Tear the roots from my heart
So no more cancer can grow
I'm reversing this trend
Of abuse and deceit
Won't start the cycle again
I won't return to defeat

I won't be a victim
They still bleed
