The Work, Vol. 1 cover
10. The Simple Truth
Album: The Work, Vol. 1
Artist: Elias Dummer

The simple truth seems hard to find
When it's hard to set the noise aside
To let You speak to me
To find I'm finally listening
So I could hear
I love You
The simple truth is God is Love
And there's no line that His love won't cross
He crossed the line for me
From shame into love freely given
God, I'm here
And I love You

How I love You, how I love You
How I love You, how I love You
Love is what You are
For all that You have done
I'll sing this simple song
I love You

And the simple truth is God so loved
The world He sent His only Son
To live, and on the cross
To die that I would not be lost
But find that I
I love You
And the simple truth is love has won
And there's not a thing that can be done
By death in all its power
To overwhelm love's finest hour
Now I'm here
And I love You, yeah!

How I love You, how I love You
How I love You, how I love You
Love is what You are
For all that You have done
I'll sing this simple song
I love You

I love You
I love You
I love You
I love You more and more
I love You
I love You more and more
I love You, yeah
I love You more and more

How I love You, how I love You
How I love You, how I love You
Love is what You are
For all that You have done
I'll sing this simple song
I love You

I love You
I love You more and more
