Rock band Esterlyn (formerly known as Grand Prize) debuted earlier this year with Lamps and has been diligently touring the country this year, including being a part of the Fall Creation Tour. And just in time for Christmas, Esterlyn has announced the release of a brand new acoustic EP entitled Mending the Meaning on iTunes. Below is frontman Luke Caldwell's letter to the fans...
"Hey friends,Over the past few months I have been writing frequently and really have had the desire to record an acoustic ep. It is filled with things that are going on in my heart and mind as well as drawing inspiration from creation itself to my family and ministry. I met with producer Rob Hawkins (Fireflight, Nevertheless, Jackson Waters) and we recorded these 5 songs in 4 days. We tried to keep it simple and focus on the melody and the message. I pray it speaks to you as these songs have encouraged me. The official release date is January 13th however it is available online now. I will be posting more in regards to the EP soon.
Love,
Luke"
