(New York, NY; November 28, 2011) - My Block/Columbia Records recording artists Mary Mary took home the award for Best Gospel Performance at the 2011 Soul Train Awards. The duo gave a riveting performance of the classic "Midnight Train to Georgia" during the show's all star tribute to Legend Award recipient, Gladys Knight. In addition to Mary Mary, artists such as Kenny Lattimore, Freddy Jackson, Dave Hollister, Chrisette Michele, Tamar Braxton, Marsha Ambrosius, and Natalie Cole joined in the tribute singing some of Knight's greatest hits in honor of her. The Soul Train Awards aired on both Centric and BET last night, November 27, 2011.

Mary Mary has quickly become one of the most successful artists in the urban/inspirational/crossover markets. The multi-Grammy winning duo has sold more than 5 million career albums. Real life sisters, Erica and Tina Campbell recently announced a brand-new original series, tentatively titled MARY MARY, premiering in March 2012 on WeTV. The show will follow the sisters in their daily lives. Mary Mary's current release, Something Big received critical raves from the press and immediately shot to the top of the iTunes R&B Albums chart, also debuting in the Top Ten on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. Something Big recently garnered 6 Stellar Award nominations for the upcoming 2012 Stellar Awards Show. Mary Mary has paired up with major organizations such as The Red Cross and Pillsbury. They are the voice behind Pillsbury's newest television jingle, "Rhythm of a New Morning," and have launched a fan contest in conjunction with Pillsbury encouraging fans to perform acts of service called "Do Something Big." Mary Mary is currently readying themselves for their "Have A Mary Mary Christmas Tour." The tour will run from December 10th-December 18th, 2011. For additional information on Mary Mary, visit
