(New York, NY - November 9, 2012) - Like most everyone in the United States, Sandi Patty and Jason Crabb watched as Hurricane Sandy ripped through many areas wreaking havoc and devastation on communities in the path of the storm. One of the hardest hit areas was the New York area. Sandi and Jason are deeply saddened by the affects of Hurricane Sandy in the NYC / NJ area and are reaching out to help in their own special way. Teaming up with Calvary Baptist Church and in partnership with World Vision, Sandi Patty and Jason Crabb will bring their holiday tour, "A Christmas Celebration," to New York City for a special benefit performance on November 24th. All proceeds to be given to World Vision for their relief efforts in the NY and NJ area to aid those still in need from the devastating results of Hurricane Sandy.

Patty shares her deepest sympathy, stating: "As my family and I have been watching the devastation from Hurricane Sandy in the New York City and New Jersey areas, we've been shocked by the damage. But we've been so encouraged by the spirit with which our country has come together to help each other. Jason and I want to help in any way we can - and we hope this benefit concert can help spread the Hope of Christmas through song and by meeting people's physical needs through donations to World Vision. We're honored to be a part."

Crabb shares: "With a family of my own, I cannot imagine having everything ripped out from underneath you! I'm honored, if even in a small way, to help mend lives and soothe broken hearts."

Event Details:
Saturday, November 24, 2012 @ 7:00 PM

123 W 57th St
