
Los Angeles - June 11th - Non-profit, HeartSupport, the online community built to encourage, inspire and bring a message of hope, have announced that they will be sponsoring this years, iMatter Festival. The festival will be held at Eldridge Park, Saturday, September 7th in Elmira, NY. This years line up includes: August Burns Red, For Today, The Color Morale, MyChildren MyBride, My Heart to Fear, Fit For A King, Those Who Fear, GHOSTxSHIP, and Sirens & Sailors. Additional bands will be announced throughout the summer. You can check out the HeartSupport tent all summer long on the Vans Warped Tour.
iMatter Festival was founded in 2008 by Pastor Scott Lowmaster, of Glad Tidings Community Life Center in Horseheads, NY. In the year that Lowmaster started the event, there were 48 suicides amongst the teens in the Elmira region. iMatter Festival was founded as a free event, in order to bring a message of hope to the local youth.
Heart Support is a non-profit organization built on a foundation of faith; one that desires to strengthen the youth and young adults of today. An online community built to encourage, inspire and bring a message of hope. A place to talk about struggles and difficult issues and to find healing and strength in this community. Our ultimate vision is to have a team of young adults who are equipped in counseling youth and to be used as a tool in prevention and mentoring others.
