Tera L. Carter, former Reach Records executive with over 7 years of national touring experience, launches the new artist management and booking firm, TLC Entertainment Group. She embarks on this venture through a new partnership with Ronnie Garrett, renowned composer and musical director for Tyler Perry and co-owner of the Atlanta based state of the art sound stage and studio, The Bassmint.

"We are excited about our partnership with TLC Entertainment Group and look forward to establishing The Bassmint as the leading entertainment complex in Atlanta's urban entertainment scene", says Garrett. The Bassmint's current clientele includes VH1, The Braxtons, and The TI and Tiny Show. As a result of this new partnership, TLC is now in charge of all booking, marketing, and the management of The Bassmint.

Industry insiders describe Carter as an influential contributor who helped grow Reach Records into a musical powerhouse that's garnered a Grammy nod, two Dove's, and a host of other awards. "Though I will always cherish the time with my colleagues and friends at Reach Records, I'm excited about embarking on this new chapter in life, I have acquired a unique set of skills and experiences that I look forward to sharing with a few select clients as I launch this new endeavor", says Carter. While at Reach, she provided guidance to the careers of Lecrae, Andy Mineo, Tedashii, KB, Sho Baraka and Derek Minor.

TLC Entertainment Group's objective is to become the world's leading voice for Christian artist management and consulting for hip hop, urban music and thought leaders. TLC Entertainment Group's current roster includes hip hop artist and entrepreneur Derek Minor, Reflection Music Group, Dee 1 (RCA Music), Leah Smith (from BET's Music Matters), Adia (Xist Music), Uncle Reece, and urban thought leader, BJ Thompson.
