6 May 2019 - Nashville, Tenn - Award-winning artist Ryan Stevenson has released a new version of his current single, "With Lifted Hands." This brand-new rendition features Martin Smith, the founding member of the modern worship band Delirious? Check out the new version here.
The album version of "With Lifted Hands" is climbing the charts, currently jumping into the Top 20 on the major Christian radio airplay charts, Billboard and Mediabase. The song is also airing on K-LOVE, Sirius XM’s The Message, and more than 60 other radio stations.
"With Lifted Hands" highlights an important aspect of Stevenson's career which is collaborations. Martin Smith is the latest artist to record with Stevenson, following the likes of TobyMac, Bart Millard of MercyMe, Amy Grant, and labelmate Aaron Cole, to name just a few.
"With Lifted Hands" is Stevenson's fifth single to release from his 2018 project No Matter What. All five singles have made it into Billboard’s Christian Top 30, while the album's title track and “The Gospel” both hit Top 5.
Stevenson just wrapped touring on TobyMac's Hits Deep Tour 2019, where he performed in front of 232,000+ fans in 37 markets across the U.S. He continues to tour through this summer and the rest of the year, headlining his own shows while also touring with other artists.
ABOUT RYAN STEVENSON: Following almost a nine-year stint as a paramedic, Pacific Northwest native Ryan Stevenson signed an exclusive agreement with Gotee Records in 2013 after capturing TobyMac’s attention by co-writing the No. 1 and Grammy® nominated single “Speak Life." His first recording for the label was the Holding Nothing Back EP in 2013. What followed was 2015’s full-length album Fresh Start, which featured the No. 1 radio single for 14 consecutive weeks and GMA Dove Award®-winning song “Eye of the Storm (feat. GabeReal)" for Pop/Contemporary Song of the Year.
With three No. 1 singles (two as an artist and one as a co-writer), a GRAMMY® nomination, a Billboard Music Award nomination, two K-LOVE Fan Awards nominations, and a Dove Award, he has also achieved 190 million+ streams from Apple Music, Pandora, Spotify, and YouTube. Stevenson also has major tour bills with the likes of TobyMac, Newsboys, and MercyMe, distinguishing himself as a rare talent whose unique perspective guides his honest lyrics and sonic sensibilities.
