6 March 2020 - Franklin, Tenn - Provident Label Group announces the debut EP from sibling trio Cain available today at all DSP's. (click here for details). The self-titled project's kick-off single, “Rise Up (Lazarus),” officially releases to radio on March 20 and the lyric video drops today, which can be viewed here and below.
The trio is sharing "Rise Up (Lazarus)" live along with more songs from their new EP on Zach Williams' "Rescue Story Tour," which just kicked off last night in Clearwater, FL and will run through May. 
 
Cain is comprised of Taylor Cain Matz, Madison Cain Johnson, and Logan Cain. T hey currently reside in Nashville and are worship leaders at their home church.
