(Nashville, TN – March 26, 2021) – Acclaimed group Fresh Start Worship releases the new single “We Are The Light,” available now via digital music providers. The multiple Stellar Award-nominated Gospel group continues to create a trailblazing progressive sound with their new single, an uplifting power anthem celebrating God’s goodness and shining a light through darkness. Comprised of a millennial group of worshippers based out of Atlanta, the five singers/songwriters make up the praise team at Fresh Start Church in Duluth, GA, which is led by Pastor Marquis Boone. 

“We Are The Light” is written by Fresh Start Worship’s Chanda Mukula (as Chanda Renae Fisher) and Marquis Boone. Known for hit songs like “Have It All” feat. Sarai, “Mention,” and their 2018 debut album Fresh Start Worship, the group brings a fresh and restorative approach to faith in their performances, to share the love that God has for everyone. In 2020, Fresh Start Worship was nominated for three Stellar Gospel Music Awards, in the categories of Duo/Chorus Group of the Year, New Artist of the Year, and Contemporary Duo/Chorus Group of the Year.
