Sacramento, CA - JusJames is a Christian hip hop artist from the west coast. During the COVID pandemic, James, like others, had to pivot and adjust to a new way of growing as an artist. Not only did he face a music industry that was changing on the fly, but his family dealt with the virus first-hand.

JusJames made Headlines in 2020 despite these increasing difficulties. He is now setting up for a big second half of 2021. There is a new mixtape on the way and to prepare for its release, James teamed up with fellow west coast emcee Mission for his latest single RXNGS.

RXNGS is a melodic, introspective record where both artists reflect on the challenges of the past year. What has been the most difficult time of the lives of the majority of the population was an opportunity to proclaim where to find true security for JusJames and Mission.

RXNGS speaks about my experience and revelation from going through COVID-19 as a family,” explains JusJames. “[We’re] bringing hope through Jesus in this circumstance.”

The record is produced by HUNGERFORCEBEATS and hits digital retailers on August 20, 2021.

About JusJames

Songwriter - Performing Artist - Gospel Minister

JusJames (pronounced “Just” James) is a hard working, innovative, creative who’s mission is to reach hearts through the Gospel with thought-provoking, Christ-centered lyrics. Born James McClelland, the Sacramento, CA based artist has established an ability to communicate truth and knowledge to all walks of life. Following the likes of other noteworthy Sacramento artists such as Brotha Lynch Hung, C-Bo, and T-Nutty, James has been able to stay focused using his gifts and strong faith in Christ by simply communicating the love and grace of Jesus. Inspired by the likes of Nas, The Notorious B.I.G., Skyzoo, Japhia Life, Lecrae, Bizzle, and The Cross Movement, James has crafted a bar heavy flow that captivates the listener! When asked about his craft, James says, “I may not be the most talented. I may not be the best in this space. But my aim isn’t that! My aim is to evangelize to as many through my music as possible. May it bring unity and fellowship under the magnificent glory of God!”
