NASHVILLE, TN – Last night at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Centricity Music presented a plaque to two-time GRAMMY Award winner Lauren Daigle in celebration of her sixth No. 1 single, “Hold On To Me.” The milestone extends Daigle’s record of most No. 1 hits among women on the Hot Christian Songs chart. Since the release of “Hold On To Me,” Daigle has raised funds through The Price Fund for organizations that tie into the scenes based on themes represented throughout the song’s music video. These non-profits give back to range of needy communities and include the Elizabeth Smart Foundation, The Innocence Project – NOLA, IJM, Mighty Oaks Foundation, the Imagination Library, NOCCA, ROOTS of Music, Kid Smart, the Elias Marsalis Foundation, and Young Audiences. For more information on The Price Fund visit www.ThePriceFund.org

“It is such an honor to be able to celebrate ’Hold On To Me’,” shares Daigle. This song is so special and a reminder to hold each other close especially through times of difficulty. I am so eternally grateful for the connection that people have made with this music and the continued support from radio for allowing it to have the space to grow.”

This Friday, September 24th the “Lauren Daigle World Tour” will kick off in Fort Wayne, IN before making stops throughout the US including Kansas City, Atlanta, Lafayette, Houston, and New Orleans before wrapping in Nashville on November 19th. She’ll feature her hits, including her latest No. 1 single “Hold On To Me,” the platinum selling “Rescue,” and the 4x Platinum selling #1 single “You Say,” as well as tracks from her previous platinum-selling album, How Can It Be. Ellie Holcomb will join Daigle on the first three dates before The War and Treaty will join for the remainder of tour. Tickets are now on sale at www.laurendaigle.com/tour

Since the release of her GRAMMY Award winning, platinum certified album Look Up Child, Lauren Daigle has reigned on the Billboard Charts. The album debuted at No. 3 on the Top 200 Albums chart making Daigle the first female artist to simultaneously hit the Top 10 on both Billboard’s Pop and Christian Billboard Album Charts. After spending 100 weeks at No. 1, Look Up Child, also holds the record for the greatest number of weeks at the top of any individual album chart. In addition, the GRAMMY Award winning crossover hit, “You Say,” became the longest-running No. 1 song of any genre on the weekly Billboard Hot charts at an incredible 132 weeks and was recently certified 4x-platinum by the RIAA. Daigle has earned seven Billboard Music Awards, four American Music Awards, ten GMA Dove Music Awards and sold-out concert venues all over the world.
