DAYTONA BEACH, FL (August 25, 2022) - - Singer/Songwriter Angela Moss Poole exclusively premiered and released the music video for her new single “Speak to the Mountain” on Thursday, August 18, 2022, via her YouTube channel. Filmed in HD, the music video was produced by Matt Ferland.

The funky gospel tune, which evokes some of the gritty sonic attitudes of En Vogue ("Don't Let Go," etc.), is produced by Grammy Award-winning hit-maker Fred Jerkins (Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Whitney Houston) and Raymond Darius Jackson of RDJax Music.

Co-written by Poole and Sharvis Whitted “Speak to the Mountain” is the follow-up to her Billboard Gospel Airplay Top 30 radio single “My Help” featuring Micah Stampley. The song spent 20 weeks on the chart peaking at #21. Both songs are lifted from the Florida native’s self-titled LP ANGELA MOSS POOLE (141st Lane Music/Darkchild Music), which was released in August 2021.

In addition to her noted recording and songwriting contributions, Angela Moss Poole is also a film and TV scorer. She is a graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) where she earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She also earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University. Dr. Poole is also a certified John Maxwell leadership coach, speaker, and trainer, and serves on the advisory board for former NBA basketball star Vince Carter’s Embassy of Hope Foundation.

Angela Moss Poole’s love for God and philanthropy inspire her to support causes such as domestic violence, women's empowerment, and financial education. She is the founder of the Foundation for Wealth Building, Inc., a voting member of the Gospel Music Association, and a member of the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment.
