Michael Turner, the Founder of Straight Arrow, boasts an illustrious career with a rich history in the music world. Over the years, Turner has received recognition through Dove and Grammy Award nominations. His extensive portfolio includes working with notable talents and organizations, such as Tooth and Nail Records, Reach Records, PureFlix Entertainment, Duck Commander, and Bill Gaither Music. For nearly a decade, he also guided a diverse array of talents and projects under New Day Distribution and Daywind Records.

After a brief hiatus due to a health scare, Michael Turner's return to the music industry in 2021, at the urging of close friend Pastor Clint Brown, marked a pivotal moment. His reentry led to the inception of Straight Arrow Management, a platform where he could curate a collective of like-minded ministries and artists.

Today, Straight Arrow successfully manages a carefully selected roster of artists and ministries, extending its reach into distribution through the launch of Straight Arrow Records. The following groups have enthusiastically joined both Straight Arrow Management and Straight Arrow Records: Todd Tilghman, Avenue, Right Road Quartet, Small Town Sunday, and Keith Sammons. With the valued partnership of New Day Distribution and Daywind Music Group, Straight Arrow Records aims to provide a nurturing haven and expert guidance to these talented artists.
