Aaron Reynolds, the songwriter and sole studio musician for the band, takes the Grungepunks sound to the next level with five songs ranging from hard rock to punk to acoustic to hardcore. Thematically the songs follow an emotional arc of battling with relationship struggles and anxiety, while also reminiscing on childhood and teenage years and the joy found during those times.
