San Diego rock outfit Switchfoot has just announced a surprise live album releasing tonight at midnight (August 30), titled The Beautiful Letdown - Live from Los Angeles. The release precedes the band resuming their 2023 The Beautiful Letdown 20th anniversary tour as they take it outside of the United States for a World Tour, starting in the US and then traveling to Canada, England, Amsterdam and Ireland.

Along with the announcement of the album's digital release, they also announced a special 2-song 7" vinyl release to coincide with it, saying, "To celebrate, we just dropped a 7” Collectors Edition Cream Vinyl w/ 2 live songs: Meant to Live & Dare You To Move." The vinyl alone is $14.99 (plus shipping), or you can get a copy of the vinyl packaged with a digital download of the full album for $24.99 (plus shipping).
