The words were deliberate, filled with anger, and it felt like I’d burned a spiritual bridge I could never rebuild. That moment left me with a regret so heavy, it felt like there was no way back.”
What followed was years of crippling anxiety. “I felt trapped, but I’m learning to move forward,” Matt explains.
The song’s lyrics—“Show me that I’m not unreachable”—reflect Matt’s ongoing fight to reclaim hope and mental clarity. It’s a message that resonates with his community, The Defiant—a group united by their refusal to let struggles define them.
