Nashville, Tenn. (September 26, 2025) – Curb Records recording artist Steven Malcolm finds peace in his Savior on “Safe And Sound (In Your Love),” joined by Curb Records newcomer Carly Ann Taylor. Listen to the energetic, worshipful track HERE.

A heartfelt Christian worship song that speaks to the experience of finding peace and refuge in God’s presence after a season of emotional struggle and isolation, “Safe And Sound (In Your Love)” reflects a journey through inner turmoil—when hope feels distant and tears have run dry— yet culminates in the profound realization that God has been there all along. Anchored by the powerful hook offered by Taylor, the song becomes a declaration of comfort, healing, and security found in the unwavering love of Christ.

“‘Safe And Sound’ is a reminder that even in the darkest corners of my mind, love becomes the shelter I run to,” shares Malcolm. “In Jesus’ arms, the chaos quiets — and in His love I’m safe and sound.”

Taylor adds, “This song is a declaration that joy is waiting with the sunrise. Sometimes the battles in our mind make us feel isolated and abandoned, but no matter how endless the trials might feel, there’s always a way out and a life of peace and security ahead. In Jesus, we find the anchor of safety, shelter, and unfailing love.”

Last month, Malcolm performed at the UK’s Big Church Festival. Fans can also hear his current single, “Yes,” featuring Curb Records band for KING + COUNTRY and KB across the airwaves as it continues to climb the Christian Airplay charts. Listen to the spirited track HERE. And recently making her label debut, Curb Records novice Taylor released her powerful song, “Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version)” earlier this month. Listen to the refreshed original HERE.

About Steven Malcolm:

Steven Malcolm makes faith-driven hip-hop that's as unique as his multi-cultural background.

It's a sound rooted in rap's rhythmic delivery, pop's modern melodies, and God's word, glued

together by an artist whose music has earned seven Dove Award nominations and more than

130 million streams. With his new single, YES, Malcolm teams up with Grammy Award Winning artist for KING & COUNTRY. Malcolm says of the song: YES is a powerful anthem born out of the deep places of pain, shame, and guilt—the moments when we feel most unworthy and distant from God. YES tells the story of divine grace that never waivers, even when we do. It speaks to the heart of every believer who has questioned their value, reminding them that God’s response is always love, always mercy, always YES. His last album, BOATS, dropped anchor February 23, 2024. An acronym for “Based On A Truth Story,” BOATS transports listeners to a utopia of Malcolm’s own creation. On an introspective island where the truth of God’s Word meets our humanity, the concept record explores tales of brokenness and subsequent redemption that have shaped the hip-hop leader’s own story. The imaginative 16-track collection washes ashore with spiritual workout Top 10-and-climbing single “Cardio,” pulsating, wilderness playbook “40” and autobiographical selection “Nothing Into Something.” Malcolm's messages of hope and redemption come from his own experience. Raised in western Michigan and coastal Florida, he grew up in search of stability. His father, a native Jamaican who had emigrated from Montego Bay, was deported back to the Caribbean when Steven was just 9 years old and later passed away before the two could reunite. Steven's mother struggled as a single parent and eventually left town, leaving her son to fend for himself as a young college student. His life lacked a clear direction until he accepted a friend's invitation to attend a local church service that incorporated hip-hop, dance, and worship.

About Carly Ann Taylor:

Carly Ann Taylor is a Southern California-based, Christian soul-pop artist signed to Curb Records. She grew up in Hawaii where she experienced tremendous dysfunction and abuse until a life-changing story of rescue, redemption, and renewal during her teenage years transformed her life. As Carly shares, “It truly is a miracle that I am here today.” Carly Ann’s hard-earned story, powerful voice, and songwriting abilities are a combination for very big things to come. Taylor’s upcoming song release, “Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version),” is available now.
