After the success of his single “Te Amo” with Daniel Calveti, Venezuelan singer-songwriter Ricky Halley steps forward with a brand-new release from his upcoming album. His latest single, “Carta Para Ti,” is a heartfelt ode to the Lord, written during a season of deep uncertainty in his life.
The song was birthed during a time when Ricky found himself asking God many questions. “I remember traveling on a bus and starting to pour out my questions to the Lord. It was a moment of uncertainty, but the conviction He placed in me strengthened my faith and gave me confidence that my future would be much better in Him,” Ricky shares. Written as a ballad, the song carries a simple yet profound title and invites listeners into lyrics that highlight God’s unwavering protection and provision.
“Carta Para Ti” reflects Ricky’s firm trust in God’s promises. “My eyes have witnessed the fulfillment of many of them. I am convinced that God wants to speak to all those family leaders who have remained faithful, who serve Him, and who, like me, are going through difficult times while waiting for God’s response,” he reflects. Ricky recently rejoined the team at Canal Enlace—one of Latin America’s most influential Christian media outlets—where he previously served as music director for its marathon events during his years in Costa Rica.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Ricky continues to serve as a worship leader while pursuing his music ministry. He announced the release of “Carta Para Ti” on September 26 across all digital platforms, along with the official music video on his YouTube channel. Ricky has also hinted at upcoming projects with his sons, Ricky and Ryan, envisioning a future filled with fresh music to inspire the next generation.
Following this release, Ricky is already at work on new songs for his forthcoming studio album and preparing for a 2026 tour of churches and media outlets.
