6th October 2025 (BRIGHTON, UK) - Integrity Music Europe, a ministry of Cook Media Global, has promoted Mark Bowater to the newly created role of European general manager. In this role, Mark will continue to foster growth and development for the Christian label’s European music division, which has a strong track record of signing and serving key artists like Philippa Hanna, Tim Hughes, CalledOut Music, Vineyard Worship UK & Ireland, Outbreakband and KXC Worship.
Additionally, Mark will oversee Integrity Europe’s Integrated Music Rights division, which supports Dunsin Oyekan, Folabi Nuel, Celtic Worship, Sinach, YADA Worship, Kaestrings, Bridge Music (India), Rich and Lydia Dicas, Gospel Hydration and other global talent.
Mark will continue to report to Jonathan “JB” Brown, chief global officer of Cook Media Global, and will also join the Integrity Music leadership team under Integrity president, Blaine Barcus.
The European music team—including UK A&R, operations and client development, marketing and acquisitions, content and marketing strategy—will partner with and report to Mark as he transitions from his previous role as business development director to his new position as general manager.
