NASHVILLE, Tenn. – PLATINUM-certified, GRAMMY-nominated artist and songwriter Anne Wilson unveils her highly anticipated third studio album, Stars, out now via Capitol Christian Music Group. A sweeping 12-track collection, Stars captures Wilson at a defining moment – growing up on record, reconciling grief with grace and finding faith that endures when dreams take a different shape.

“As a little girl, I dreamed of becoming an astronaut,” shares Wilson. “I've always been in awe of the night sky — the mystery, the beauty, the way it makes you feel small and seen all at once. But somewhere along the way, life happened. Heartbreak, loss and disappointment can make you forget how to dream. This album is my reminder that the same God who created the stars created me, and you, too. God hasn't forgotten you. He's placing you right where you're meant to be. My prayer is that these songs remind you: you were made for the stars. I hope y'all love this album!”

Across its 12 tracks – all co-written by Wilson – Stars finds the Kentucky native stepping fully into her own as a storyteller, blending the grit of country with the hope of faith in a way that is entirely her own. Produced by Jeff Pardo, Jonathan Smith and Ross Copperman, the coming-of-age collection brings together acclaimed writers like Trannie Anderson, Blake Pendergrass, Emily Weisband and Andy Albert.

Today's release introduces six brand new songs, including “The Carpenter,” a porch-front hymn to legacy and redemption; “Jesus on the Radio,” a back-roads anthem where faith meets everyday life; and “Hold Your Horses,” alongside an all-new music video (WATCH) is a lighthearted nod to patience and guarding your heart. Elsewhere, the stirring “Dead in the Water” tells a powerful story of redemption for anyone who's ever thought they were too far gone, while the title track “Stars” (WATCH) – inspired by Wilson's childhood dream of becoming an astronaut — sets the tone as a metaphor for wonder, curiosity and divine redirection. “Carry Me” (WATCH) anchors the record with unguarded emotion, and “Twenty Three” captures the moment Wilson realized she would live longer than her late brother Jacob — a poignant marker in her journey through loss.

With over 2 billion career streams, Wilson continues to cement herself as “one of contemporary Christian music's most dynamic trailblazers" (People). Recently honored at The Kennedy Center during the Nestpoint Foundation's American Exceptionalism Gala for her contributions to bringing faith-based music into the mainstream, Wilson has also been named one of Spotify's Hot Country Artists to Watch and CMT's Next Women of Country. She's also earned GRAMMY and CMT Music Award nominations, along with multiple Dove Award wins. She recently brought her message to the country's most popular Christian and country fairs and festivals and to stadiums nationwide on Morgan Wallen's I'm The Problem Tour.

Next up, Wilson will bring Stars to life on her nine-city headlining The STARS Tour, launching this Saturday, Oct. 18, in Nashville with special guest Jordan Rowe. She also expands her message beyond the stage through her new 40-day devotional, Hey Girl: You Are Seen, Loved, and Made for More via K-LOVE Books, written to help young women discover their true worth and unshakeable identity in Christ.

Wilson's next chapter promises to shine even brighter. Stay up to date at annewilsonofficial.com and keep up with her on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

ABOUT ANNE WILSON:
Anne Wilson makes music where faith and country meet, a rare space where honesty, grief and hope live side by side. At just 23, she has already crossed the 2 billion streams milestone and emerged as one of the most distinctive new voices in both Christian and country music.

Her third studio album, Stars, captures a young artist growing up on record. Shaped by the tragic loss of her brother Jacob, Wilson's faith could have been shattered — but instead it was strengthened. That tension, of wrestling with God yet still loving Jesus, defines her music and makes her profoundly relatable. “Faith isn't about never questioning,” she says. “It's about holding on in the middle of the storm.”

Stars threads together themes of grief, growth, maturity and wonder, carried by Wilson's soaring vocals and country-pop production. From the wide-eyed imagery of the title track to the raw prayer of “Carry Me” and the redemption arc of “Dead in the Water,” the album reflects both the hardship of loss and the joy of new perspective.

Alongside the album, Wilson will deliver her new music to fans in person on The STARS Tour. She's also recently released a 40-day Hey Girl Devotional, out now. Named after her encouraging anthem, the devotional is aimed at young readers, extending her message of identity and Christ-centered hope beyond the stage.

Anne Wilson is still becoming, still wrestling and still rejoicing – but Stars proves she's shining brighter not in spite of the struggle, but because of it.
