Now they deliver the even heavier follow up – ‘Rude Awakening’. A nerve shredding intro gives way to an incredibly heavy riff; measured, paced and deliberate, gradually growing in force and momentum. In early 2024 Amarillo, Texas finest metalcore export, The Light Superior, released the stunning ‘Tidal Wave’ single, which won the hearts of fans everywhere with its magnificent melodies and stark emotional power. This Halloween they present the aptly entitled ‘Ghost’ and this colossal track is set to be another triumph for the band. Tumbling riffs and staggered rhythms carry a momentous, roaring vocal line upon their shoulders before The Light Superior’s patented magnificent, melodic chorus arrives.
