NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Aligned Talent Agency has announced the addition of Brandon Monson, founder and lead member of Presence Music, as a Booking Agent, further strengthening the agency’s commitment to relationship-driven, ministry-focused representation.

Monson brings a rare and well-rounded perspective to the role, combining his experience as an active touring artist, pastor, and business professional. In addition to leading Presence Music alongside his wife, Monson currently works with T-Mobile for Business, where he manages and grows complex accounts and strategic solutions—experience that translates seamlessly into artist advocacy, event planning, and long-term partnership development within the music industry.

As the founder of Presence Music, Monson has booked, tour-managed, and performed hundreds of shows, while remaining deeply involved in local church ministry. His hands-on experience equips him to serve from multiple angles—understanding the needs of artists on the road, the expectations of churches and venues, and the spiritual responsibility that comes with ministry-driven events.

What sets Monson apart is his unique ability to operate at the intersection of agent, artist, and pastor. This allows him to offer full-service support that extends beyond booking, including marketing insight, promotion strategy, and on-site assistance when needed—ensuring excellence from the first conversation through the final encore.
