Through his genuine approach to storytelling, j dreaming bears his trials and reliance on his faith in his new single, “Blessed”.

The genesis of “Blessed” was a flow of unfiltered words written in j dreaming’s journal, a testimony to navigating the ambiguities of life, and coping by embracing contentment in your faith. J Dreaming navigates the seasons in his life, struck by the uncertainty of the future while serving a small church in Alabama. Through the power of his faith, he found solace in dire situations by recognizing the blessings in the midst of uncertainty. 

He speaks of his gratitude for life, “ Things like your identity, friendships, family, character from overcoming, a relationship with God…they are things that money can’t buy that produce a rich life. I hope listeners feel that and reflect on how their life is already full amidst their growth journey.”

A Georgia native with the desire to resonate with his listeners through his storytelling prose, j dreaming is an intentional artist expressing himself through the lens of hip hop. Through introspective and emotive lyrics, he aims to help his audience navigate the complexity of life’s experiences.
