FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Amanda Rule, part of the husband and wife duo who run Fight The Darkness Ministries, is launching a burgeoning music career as Fight The Darkness achieves formal 501c3 status. Amanda and her husband, Aaron Rule, have already partnered with many festival and concerts through Fight The Darkness over the past few years.
“We have personally experienced the challenges of life’s darkest moments and found victory through the redeeming grace of Jesus Christ. We firmly believe that God saved us so we could, in turn, help save others by sharing the life-changing message of His love and hope,” Aaron and Amanda share. “Over the years, we have shared our powerful testimonies with audiences of thousands, connecting deeply with people by offering the hope we’ve found in Christ. Our mission is to lead others out of darkness and into the transformative light of God’s love. Many times we’ve witnessed how God has used our stories to inspire, encourage, and bring healing to others, often connecting personally with individuals whose lives were touched by our message.”
One fresh way they are doing that is through Amanda’s original songwriting, bringing her own powerful testimony of surviving abuse, addiction, anorexia and illness to audiences who need to hear it most.
Amanda says, “My testimony is proof of some of the darkest things being destroyed by God’s love for her. My lyrics are poetry. I find my deepest connection to Christ when I’m singing about all that He has done for me. I am spiritually dedicated to speaking to as many people as possible through both spoken word and through song.”

Amanda Rule is preparing to record studio music soon, already writing material that highlights her powerful testimony. Amanda has been making music since she was just 4 years old, starting with singing and growing into guitar playing at age 11. In addition to singing in a college choir at the University of Toledo, Amanda served as one of the singers of the National Anthem for her brigade while in the army.
“Everyone connects to God in different ways. Some can feel Him through testimonies and preaching, and some can feel him most intensely through music. That’s the way we can reach the most people,” Amanda explains.
Aaron Rule founded Fight The Darkness Ministries, using it as a vehicle for supporting causes ranging from mental health to human trafficking. When he met Amanda, she immediately became a part of the cause. Their marriage has cemented their partnership in music and ministry, with a deep passion to tour and bring their message to more people. Formal 501c3 status makes this even more possible, with donations accepted at https://actintl.givingfuel.com/fight-the-darkness.
“We are just so passionate about helping the ones in need find Christ, and for them to find healing through whichever way that they can,” Aaron and Amanda conclude. “There is nothing too dark for Christ to shed His light upon. No one is too far gone. No one is forgotten. No one is a lost cause. No one is too broken that God can’t heal. Everyone is so important, cherished, cared for, and endlessly loved by Jesus Christ.”
