FOR RELEASE MAY 22, 2026 — Dark, cinematic gothic-industrial rock artist Autumn’s Descent has released “Caesar (I’ll Haunt You Now)” with AD Windblown Media Records, providing a haunting reflection on relational disappointment and how we reckon with trust destroyed, available on Spotify and Apple Music.
“‘Caesar (I’ll Haunt You Now)’ is a reflection on betrayal, trust, and the moment admiration turns into opposition,” offers Autumn’s Descent founder Asche Relesser. “The track explores the psychological aftermath of being deceived by someone once considered close — where manipulation hides behind loyalty and ambition erodes integrity. Driven by haunting melodies and a slow-burning intensity, the song captures the collapse of that bond and the lingering presence it leaves behind. At its core, it’s a story of reckoning and the shadows that refuse to stay buried.”
That story is told through the pulsating synths, ominous guitars and punchy lyrics grittily delivered that have come to define Autumn’s Descent. Drawing on gothic and industrial inspirations like Circle of Dust, Type O Negative, and Nine Inch Nails, “Caesar” embodies the style Autumn’s Descent has become known for through past singles like “Empire’s Kiss” and “Siren [For Never After].” The richly textured sonicscape proves why the band has received steady licensing placements with entities including MTV, VH1, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, A&E, Disney and the NFL Network.
“Caesar” is the first taste of upcoming full-length album AFTERIMAGE, due out from Autumn’s Descent in 2027.
Asche shares, “With AFTERIMAGE, Autumn’s Descent reflects a central tension: the fall… and what comes after. The music explores the breaking point — where relationships fracture, faith is tested, and identity begins to unravel. From that collapse comes the question that defines the project: what does it take to rebuild?”
That is exactly the tension where “Caesar” sits, in relational ruin, wondering where we can begin to restore our ability to trust. It promises to resonate with anyone who has experienced the collapse of relationship and found themselves committed to finding hope in the aftermath.
“Caesar (I’ll Haunt You Now)” is streaming everywhere now. For more from Autumn’s Descent, follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
About Autumn’s Descent:
Founded by multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Asche Relesser, Autumn’s Descent emerged from a deep influence of artists like Circle of Dust, Type O Negative, Stabbing Westward, and Nine Inch Nails. What began as a hard rock project with gothic and industrial overtones has evolved into a cinematic, genre-blending sound defined by contrast—melody and distortion, organic emotion and electronic intensity.
The music is driven by layered guitars, strong melodic vocals, and industrial textures that expand the sonic landscape beyond traditional rock. With multiple EP and full-length releases, Autumn’s Descent has continued to refine its identity while performing across the United States in clubs, colleges, and festivals, often featuring a dynamic, rotating lineup.
