NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Round Table Management has entered into a strategic partnership with Red Light Management, the world's largest independent music management company, alongside a broader faith-based ecosystem including Archetype Music, By Design and Blueprint.
The alliance places Round Table at the center of a powerful platform, combining its collaborative development model with Red Light's global backing. The partnership is designed to expand opportunities while preserving flexibility, allowing Round Table to continue working broadly across its roster.
Founded on the belief that sustainable careers are built through clarity and execution, Round Table works closely with artists to refine identity and creative direction while translating vision into strategy across releases, touring, digital platforms and audience development.
“Round Table was built on the idea that great careers don't happen by accident… they're built with intention,” said Cam Pumphrey, CEO of Round Table Management. “This partnership allows us to stay true to that philosophy while expanding resources and opportunities for our artists and managers globally.”
The partnership also connects Round Table to a growing platform spanning catalog ownership, recorded music and creator development. Launched in 2025, the ecosystem brings together Archetype Music (rights and catalog ownership), By Design (recorded music and publishing) and Blueprint (creator development and care) to support creators at every stage.
Round Table's growing roster includes Kari Jobe, Cody Carnes, We The Kingdom, Josh Baldwin, Leeland and Jamie MacDonald. The company played a key role in the strategy and release of “The Blessing,” the global worship hit that achieved Platinum status, and helped develop We The Kingdom into a headline touring act with more than 1.2 billion streams and multiple RIAA certifications. It also contributed to the rapid emergence of Jamie MacDonald, one of 2025's top debut artists with two No. 1 radio hits ahead of her debut album.
“We are excited to invest in Round Table's vision and strongly believe in what Cam and his team are building in the rapidly growing faith-based space,” said Ben Kline, Executive at Red Light Management.
“Our goal is to help creators unlock who they were made to be,” said Jeremy Holley, Co-Founder of Archetype/By Design/Blueprint. “Round Table shares that conviction, and together with Red Light, we believe this creates a powerful runway for artists to build meaningful, enduring careers.”
This partnership reflects a broader shift toward artist-centric models where development, infrastructure and impactful storytelling work together to create lasting impact. As Round Table enters this next chapter, the company remains focused on its core mission: helping artists navigate an increasingly complex landscape without losing sight of what matters most — authentic artistry, meaningful connection and long-term growth.
