LOS ANGELES (May 29, 2026) – Bethel Music worship leader and songwriter Bethany Wohrle releases her new single “He Is Here” featuring John Wilds. Available today across all major streaming platforms, the track follows Wohrle’s latest drop of “That’s How I Know.” Listen to the song here and watch the official music video here.
“He Is Here” is a faith-filled anthem celebrating the powerful presence of God when believers gather in His name, and it invites listeners to come with expectation and respond in wholehearted worship. The track also features worship leader and songwriter, John Wilds – best known for his vibrant energy, powerful vocal range, and sincere heart for Jesus. Both Wohrle and Wilds tour globally, leading worship and ministering the Gospel.
Says Wohrle, “‘He Is Here’ is a song that was born out of a hunger to encounter the Lord in a fresh way. It’s inspired by Matthew 18:18–20 – the promise that when we gather in His name, He is with us. This song comes from a place of longing to see the church truly seek Him. Not just a feeling but the realization that HE IS WITH US. ‘He Is Here’ is more than just a song, it’s an invitation into His presence. When we make space for Him, He shows up! I pray this song opens your heart to experience Jesus’ presence in a new way.”
Joining the Bethel Music Collective in 2018, Bethany Wohrle made her debut on “Living Hope” written by Phil Wickham and Brian Johnson. She has been featured on Victory (2019), Revival’s In The Air (2020), Peace, Vol. II (2021), Homecoming (2021), and Come Up Here (2023). Most recently, Wohrle appeared on the album We Must Respond (2025), leading “Sing of This (Live)” and is known as one of Bethel Music’s most beloved worship leaders.
John Wilds joined Bethel Music in 2021 and made his collective album debut on Simple (2022) with “Forever Be Praised.” Since then, he has been featured on several Bethel Music projects, including Simple, Come Up Here, Moments: Wait, and We Must Respond. Most recently, Wilds released his live EP I Want Jesus (Live) in 2025.
