ST. PAUL, Minn. — Christian hip-hop artist and ordained minister TRU-SERVA releases his new single, “Put In Work,” featuring Steven Malcolm, today through Trans4mation Records.
Fueled by bold faith, high-energy production, and a message of active obedience, “Put In Work” challenges listeners to let their encounter with Christ move beyond belief and into visible action. The track follows the continued momentum of TRU-SERVA’s previous single, “Somethin’ On The Inside,” which reached No. 1 this week on the Christian Music Weekly Rhythmic chart.
Featuring Steven Malcolm, “Put In Work” brings together two distinct voices in Christian hip-hop for a track built around conviction, movement, and mission. The song’s core message is simple but urgent: salvation is not earned through works, but a life changed by Christ should produce fruit others can see.
“I believe that if you have encountered the presence of the Lord, it should provoke you to action,” TRU-SERVA shares. “We understand that we don’t work for our salvation, but we let our light shine before men so they can see our good works and glorify the Lord in Heaven.
