NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 17, 2026) Gold-certified songwriter and worship leader Josh Baldwin releases his new single, "Spirit of the Living God," available everywhere today. The song marks the first release from Baldwin's forthcoming worship project and serves as a heartfelt invitation for the Church to seek a fresh move of God's presence. Written as a simple yet profound prayer, "Spirit of the Living God" is a cry for God to move among His people. With lyrics that ask God to reveal His glory, pour out His power, and transform hearts by His Spirit, the song leads listeners into a posture of surrender and expectancy

"I've been leading this song for a while now, and every time I sing it, I'm reminded of what it's really all about," shares Josh Baldwin. "It's just a simple prayer asking God to move in our hearts and in our churches. More than anything, we want His presence. It also takes me back to the songs I learned on my acoustic guitar growing up. The kind of worship songs that shaped my faith."
