Nashville, Tenn. (August 7, 2026) — Curb Records riser Carly Ann Taylor enlists award-winning rapper KB for "Lifeline," out today (8/7) — listen HERE. Watch their collaborative music video HERE. Simultaneously, Taylor's buzzworthy debut single, "Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version)," enters the Top 10 on Billboard's Christian AC chart.

At the end of her rope, Taylor deploys an SOS on "Lifeline." The newcomer flexes her singular voice, which peaks on a bridge that also boasts an original verse from KB. Caught up in waves of emotion, Taylor's faith is stretched in new ways as she learns to rely on a God who promises hope with every sunrise. The emerging songstress crafted the fresh track with Nick Schwarz, Gracie Jacob and KB. Joseph Prielozny and Schwarz produced the song.

"'Fight or flight' is a real thing, and when you live in survival mode long enough, it can feel like it has this grip on you that's never going to leave. Looking back, now I see all of the things that the Lord was doing and working through in my life. Even when it felt like I was isolated and abandoned, and I couldn't see His hand on my life as a child, He was always there making a way, writing my story, taking care of my future," Taylor shares of the experiences that inspired her latest recording. "Jesus was — and is — my lifeline."

The darker, intense "Lifeline (with KB)" also expands her artistry, sitting in bold contrast to her previous introductions via the anthemic "Heavenly Father" and her fear-fighting radio offering, "Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version)."

This fall, the SoCal-based singer-songwriter will join Big Daddy Weave's "My Hope Is Jesus Tour," also slated to feature chart-topping duo Caleb & John.

Fans can anticipate more new music from the burgeoning talent as Taylor continues to unravel additional layers of her impactful testimony across 2026.
