The Caribbean's blessings ambassador Sherwin Gardner is spreading tropical heat throughout the world with the follow-up to his 2024 mega-streamer, "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)," which clocked 2 billion TikTok views and over 75 million digital streams. The joyous new anthem, "Big Day" (Flow Masters / Tyscot Records), has already pulled 8 million TikTok views and over a million digital streams since it dropped a few weeks ago.
The feel-good video was shot on location in San Juan, Costa Rica and the Casco Viejo historic district of Panama City, Panama. "Panama and Costa Rica are both very special to me," Gardner adds. "I've been traveling and ministering in these markets since 2007. Some of my older music continues to receive incredible support there. Over the years, I've built real friendships and relationships with people in both countries, so they've become places that are genuinely close to my heart. They're also incredibly beautiful countries. For the 'Big Day' video, I wanted to do something different and step outside of the Caribbean while still choosing locations that felt authentic to my journey, my music, and the people who have supported me for so many years."

The Trinidad native and Bahamas resident is catching on all over the globe. Brazil has become Gardner's biggest streaming country with São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Belo Horizonte and Porto Alegre standing out as the leading cities embracing the song. The United States has moved into second place. The United Kingdom, Canada, and South Africa are rounding out his Top five countries.
"Last year was a beautiful yet testing year," Gardner says. "There were nights when sleep felt impossible — the kind of nights where your mind won't rest and the weight of problems sits heavy on your chest. I found myself waking up one of those mornings around 5 a.m., exhausted in every way. But instead of letting the day take me under, I made a decision. I looked up and said, 'Today is going to be a big day.' In that moment, a melody came to me — simple, real, and full of faith: 'I got something to say, today is gonna be a big day. Woke up this morning and prayed, today is gonna be a big day.'"
