	20 of 25   #20. Hyland Weights and Measures Release Date: May 3, 2011 Hyland is one of several new bands on Tooth & Nail, and they're also one of the most promising. They've already released an independent album that was remarkably catchy and enjoyable. Under the tutelage of T&N's producers, there's no telling what they could accomplish.         - Timothy Estabrooks Tooth & Nail has always been known to bring some of the best rock acts to the table.
