[Chorus]
Yes I am close to the most high, you know He’s doing the most
You know He’s doing the most, you know He’s doing the doing the
And Yes imma stay on the hope’s side, there is nowhere I could go
There is no way I could go, there is nowhere I could go
Yes I am close to the most high, you know He’s doing the most
You know He’s doing the most, you know He’s doing the doing the
And Yes imma stay on the hope’s side, there is nowhere I could go
There is no way I could go, there is nowhere I could go

[Verse 1]
So imma stay on the hope’s side, that is the truth it is no lie
Nothing to prove man I know Christ, look at the light man he’s so bright
I know what people they say now, look at the kid man he changed how?
Crazy he used to be so wild
I live for the Lord, don’t know what’s in store but I’m pressing forward, start progressing more
See some open doors, I get off the floor, God is the source, I call him Lord
Yeah I’m gonna live for the light, I have been given my sight
Once I was blind, stumbled around in the night, humbled I bow to the Christ like
Lecrae I’m still a rebel and I’m never gonna settle, put the pedal to metal take it to a high mountain
I’ve been getting better never did it for the cheddar a debtor looking for treasure imma tell you I found it
I was broken many moments in the ocean barely floating scared to go in now my hope it is flowing like a fountain
Imma give him glory live adoring him and be victorious my king is glorious I know he’s astounding

[Verse 2]
No there’s no way to deny it, I know the truth so I cannot be silent
Man Christ is the king so we’re not keeping quiet, no I’m not denying that he’s the messiah
God give me the boldness and faith of Elijah, look forward to days when I’m praising in Zion
My God isn’t tame he’s portrayed as a lion, be raised to the highest
I haven’t always been free, my God he gave me the key, don’t be deceived
Give up your life and let Christ take the lead, been alive in a lie til I could see
Nobody knows what I’m doing, I get in the gym and I finish my schooling
Man listen to this and envision him ruling, you know that I haven’t been losing
Ok, living life for Jesus no it isn’t just a phase, now I’ve been forgiven he was risen from the grave
Living as a Christian I’ve been running in the race, love it when I praise
What I say on stage I’m gonna live that, never gonna quit let’s make an impact
Living with a vision staying intact, no I won’t delay let’s go and get that
