"This is a prayer for God to break down my walls and the space that I put between Him and me in my constant battle to do things in my own strength. The chorus says it all: “But I am here / And you are there / Will you take this wall I built and tear it down?” It pretty much sums up the whole album, in some ways. This whole record is a new beginning and redemption record for me. It’s all about coming back to the heart of God and things that truly matter.
