Fans have been wondering for years what has been taking Swedish rock band Blindside so long to make a follow-up to their 2005 album, The Great Depression. While we last heard from them with a new EP in 2007, the band has been talking about a new record ever since, with little to show for it. Now that the June 7th release date of With Shivering Hearts We Wait is swiftly approaching (and we couldn't be more thrilled!), the band is breaking the silence over where they've been all this time.
Check out a revealing new video interview on YouTube (embedded above) of the guys reflecting on their 16 years as a band, what it was like to take time off, and why they felt it wasn't necessary to keep in touch with their fans leading up to this new record...
