Nashville, Tenn. - (February 19, 2016) - Alt-Rock band VERIDIA has reached the No. 1 spot with its current single, "Pretty Lies (feat. Matty Mullins)," reaching the pinnacle of MediaBase's CCM Rock chart. The song follows the group's multi-week No. 1 hit, "We Are The Brave," to sustain VERIDIA's bold arrival to the music landscape with its second number one radio single. "Pretty Lies (feat. Matty Mullins)" is from VERIDIA's second EP, September 2015's Pretty Lies EP.

VERIDIA, whose music has been featured on ESPN, is currently engaging with its fans through the second annual "VERIDIA's Unconventional Prom Dress Giveaway," where one lucky winner will receive a prom dress custom designed by VERIDIA's vocalist Deena Jakoub and MADNESS IS clothing designer, Emily Swinson. The winner will also be made ready for her prom by Deena and her fashion and styling team. The winner will also receive new items for her wardrobe from Kersh and Press Fashion, and world-class makeup from MHD Cosmetics to complete the look. The winner will be selected this coming Monday, February 22, 2016.
